By creating a NiftyX account you agree to these terms. NiftyX is a multi-broker trading terminal. You connect your own broker account using your own API credentials, and you place your own orders. NiftyX does not trade on your behalf.
NiftyX is a software interface — a trading terminal — that lets you view market data, manage positions, and place orders against your existing broker account. NiftyX does not generate trading signals, run autonomous strategies on your behalf, or recommend any specific trade. Every order originates from an action you take in the terminal.
Features such as Watch / Target / Breach (W/T/B) are user-configured conditional exits that you set on each position. They function similarly to a GTT order or a manual stop-loss: the system monitors the broker-reported price and triggers the exit you configured. They are not predictions, suggestions, or guarantees.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your NiftyX login (email and password) and your broker API credentials. Do not share your account, do not reuse passwords, and notify us immediately at support@niftyx.co if you suspect unauthorized access.
NiftyX connects to your broker using credentials you provide (API key, API secret, access token). These credentials remain under your control. We never log into your broker on your behalf, never view your account dashboard outside of the broker APIs you have authorized, and never use your credentials for any purpose other than executing the actions you take in the terminal.
Your broker enforces its own rate limits, margin rules, and order rejection logic. NiftyX cannot override broker decisions.
You alone are responsible for every order placed through NiftyX, including:
NiftyX is a tool. The tool reflects what you tell it to do.
NiftyX is currently offered free of charge as a beta product. There is no fee, subscription, or commercial obligation during the beta period. The beta runs until vendor empanelment with NSE is completed via our broker partners. We may end, pause, or modify the beta at any time.
NiftyX has applied for vendor empanelment with the National Stock Exchange (NSE) through its broker partners. Until empanelment is granted:
Empanelment-gated features will only be enabled, and paid plans introduced, after written approval from NSE.
NiftyX is not a registered investment advisor (RIA), research analyst (RA), or portfolio manager. NiftyX does not provide investment advice, trading signals, buy/sell recommendations, or financial planning services. Nothing displayed in the terminal — including charts, P&L, margin, or option chain data — constitutes a recommendation to act.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, latency, accuracy of broker data, fill prices, watcher firing time, or any other operational aspect. We make no representation that NiftyX will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NiftyX, its operators, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:
Our cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, which during the free beta is zero.
You agree not to:
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@niftyx.co. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if required by law, regulator, or broker direction. On termination your stored data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We may update these terms as the service evolves (including upon vendor empanelment). Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
