What we can help with

Setup help — Connecting your Zerodha API, generating an access token, IP whitelisting walk-through. Free during the beta.
Bug reports — Anything that looked wrong in the terminal. Screenshots and your registered email speed up triage.
Broker requests — Want NiftyX to support a broker we don't list yet? Tell us which one.
Account issues — Forgot password, can't sign in, broker session won't connect.
Feedback — Anything that would make the terminal better for the way you trade.

What we can't help with

NiftyX is a DIY trading terminal — you set the rules, you place the trades. We can't:

Recommend instruments, strikes, expiries, or position sizes.
Tell you when to enter or exit a trade.
Manage your portfolio or run strategies on your behalf.
Reverse a trade you placed through your broker — that's a broker support matter.

Money/regulatory questions: NiftyX is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Advisor (RIA) or Research Analyst (RA). For tax, advisory, or compliance questions about your specific situation, consult a qualified professional.

Response time

Most emails get a reply within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri, IST). Weekend and holiday emails are answered the next business morning. During market hours we prioritise live trading issues; longer setup walkthroughs are scheduled outside market hours.
